Sandintoes, I edited the post to which you are responding. Many were born here. Working in the medical field, one would come into more contact than in the ordinary day-to-day. But yes, the majority were born in England and Europe. Quaalude was once a respected, mainstream tranquilizer. It was advertised as being safe and nonaddictive. It was found to be neither and was removed from the market several years ago. It soon became a much coveted street drug. - Holly
