Did you catch the carefully wording medical statement today? "Arafat's condition has not worsened since yesterday" - as in 'Yesterday, he was dead. Today, he's still dead.'

Yeah, I caught that. With a chuckle as it was reported as "hey, he's doing better!" No, you just can't get any worse than dead.

This is shaping up to be a good show, better than I expected. Someone should sell tickets.

I reckon the late Mr Arafat ought to be buried in Saudi Arabia - after all they have played host to thugs like Idi Amin, so whats one more ? Besides, security can almost be guaranteed in SA, and what more could a muslim person desire than to be buried in the land of the Prophet (peace be upon him).
