It is VERY important to pursue the political vendetta of your choosing? Cool. Anybody who followed the Pakistan situation over the years ( and it goes back many, many years) knows nobody's really clean on proliferation issues. W's main effort, pre-war, seems to have been scrapping the test ban treaty. Of course, that one may have just gotten thrown by chance with all the other treaties he wanted scrapped. A uniter, not a divider, you know.
