Rove? He ran Auschwitz, right? :-) We don't really need to vote in French elections because the French don't have 8% of the earth's population but spew 25% of the pollution like America does. The French long ago they can't do anything. WHy would they need to spew pollution at all? And they are not jeopardizing the peace of the entire planet with military flights of fancy, either. Funny.
