Yes he can.......... LOL. You found all those numbers on that map? I can't even find Queens on that little map. Its blue dot merges with all the surrounding blue dots into a blue blob. It's hard enough to find NYC let alone Queens. Yet you managed to spot "28 percent for Bush." Quite a feat!
