David, You complain about the cost of the program, and at the same time demand more coverage.

He forgot to mention why he's complaining about the cost. It's because he thinks the "rich" ought to be taxed to pay for it.

That's how he can reconcile the two sides of his argument. Of course, taxing the "rich" works great in a vacuum ...
