Historically 2nd term presidents concentrate on overseas but I have a feeling due to 9/11 Bush will reverse the process. I suspect his domestic agenda 2nd term will outweigh his foreign agenda 1st term (presuming we dont have to go to war over Iran or N. Korea). Of the latter two, I suspect if we DO have to get involved militarily Bush will INSIST the united nations come along. I suspect it will be the UN pushing US rather then US pushing the UN. The main foreign thing I see Bush involved in is wrapping up Iraq and possibly the Palistinian question if Arafat is indeed dead or dying. jdn
