The reason I said "The bad debt bet. Chinese companies themselves is much easier to solve" is that they can be solved by companies' own lawyers under Chinese laws at a much lower cost. And it will be impossible not to pay back when they have the money in the bank.

While the bad debt outside China can only be solved through hiring foreign lawyers at hefty cost under the local country's law. And the lawsuit takes a long time, and after all expenses, the exporters can only get back pennies on a dollar.
