since it seems like you had a problem combining my "enclave" and "Spanish" hints, let me spell it out for you and anybody else with a limited geometrical thinking capability: When you move into one of the ethnic enclaves, just like my fellow Swedes did 100 years ago, the requirement for even basic English is zilch. Cubans and other latinos move to Miami while the Mexicans just migrate over the border anywhere. Asians and other strange people move to LA and so forth. Like the Swedes who moved to Minnesota 100 years ago. Sure, I only know the problem from doing business in Ft. Lauderdale down to Miami and living in San Diego. Not quite like LAX and believe me, I am happy for that, dude! Taro
