So CAN doesn't have any homegrown deadwood? How do you explain Canadians' preference for liberal government?

I did business with Canada for 20 years before I retired. I was involved in the medical field. I found the work ethic of Canadian to be extremely weak. The status of unions in Canada make practically everything sluggish in trying to accomplish any goals. There is always a strike of some sort in Canada. The medical system was beyond belief. It took three years to get any medical devices into the system. The process of Queens Stores and the tender process was corrupt. The prices charged are outrageous. It was normal for the price to be double the US price once the tender process, duties, taxes, freight and markup were imposed. And this was all based through Canadian dealers. The healthcare system is not even close to the US. No deadwood? Hell it was mostly deadwood.
I wish I had a Canadian dollar for every canuker that was trying to get into the US. Wait a moment, I will take that back. I would rather have a US quarter instead of the Canadian dollar.

There are many Pro-Canadians in America and few, if any, Anti-Canadians.

Now why is that?
