Amy,

I sure hope you don't have this attitude against gay people? Would you tell your kid to ignore a gay child in school? Do you think that is "good morals"?

I doubt anyone "knows" if they are gay or not before their teenage years, which is still 7 years from the age of older one. If a kid thinks it's gay at this early age, I suspect there may be something wrong with the kid.

As far as viagra goes, I would just say something clinical like guys that take viagra may have a blood flow problem so should have their hearts checked out.

Some of them talk about the erections etc. What I mind is that these issues are being forced on parents way before their time, just because TV stations that one would think are child safe are no longer child safe. No TV in the house (as you said) may be the way to go.

Age 7 is the transition years. You word is golden right now. My friends that are immigrant parents are stunned over the influence of the American culture - how their kid's friends actually carry more weight than parents.

That's the reason many parents seek to control who the friends of their kids are by choosing their schools, to the best of parents' abilities to do so.

Joe
