Who approves a budget? Kenneth, you do not get it.
The people that approve the budgets must be more responsible.
Hold them responsible, do not make excuses for them.

Did you ever hear of the veto power? Did you ever hear of the bully pulpit? Does a President propose a budget?

If you believe the majority of Americans can be scammed in this way, I hope you didn't spend too much time getting to your polling place and standing in line for a long time to cast your vote.
