BP, I respect your opinion. However, I don't get into discussions about abortion for a couple of reasons. They are much too heated. Plus, they generally lead to behavior which is contrary to the spirit of civilized discussion I like to embrace. I've therefore found it best to leave abortion alone. The only reason I brought up Roe v. Wade is that it is part of the doctrinal basis for the legal finding that the federal Constitution incorporates within it an unarticulated right to privacy that encompasses a few things I think are absolutely fundamental to our well-being as a polity.
