"my total dropped from 277 to 165 with red yeast rice... just pennies a day with no side effects of those factory chemicals..."

That's very interesting (and, testimonials like that are one of the things Big Pharma really feared....)

I wonder if some medical college somewhere will ever have the guts to do a long-term study contrasting the results for RYR and, say, the market-leading prescription statin?????

(Nah, THAT'LL never happen. :)

(Note: it has been alleged that perhaps the low incidence of adverse side-effects with RYR is a result of the fact that dosages of RYR contain lower over-all levels of statins... but that the variety of statin & related compounds in RYR produces a synergetic effect.)

Wouldn't it be interesting if the FDA actually helped fund important medical studies (say, of natural compounds vs. patented medicines... or of patented medicines head-to-head against each other or over-the-counter medicines that are off-patent) that Big Pharma had no interest in doing... and then made these results available to the public and medical community?

(In other words: if they tried a little harder to serve the public interest?)
