"I believe many natural treatments are not well known due to regulation." While I agree that regulation is part and parcel of the problem... I think that hard, cold money is the more important factor. If one discovers a 'cure' or treatment... but it's based upon naturally occurring substances and is thus unpatentable, any shareholder owned company would have little or no incentive to promote it --- even if it were superior to all current medically available alternatives.
