Not really. Do you realize that these are California initiatives? $200 Million from California, to California is not chump change. Especially when it is voter approved. We are talking about guaranteed funding! Unlike a drive for FDA approval, Prop. 69 and 71 offer guaranteed financing for CA Bio of up to $500 Million/year; not to mention the follow-up Pharma monies. We are talking $Billions over the next 5 years. Simple, yet misunderstood. Without hesitation I proclaim, California is from here forward, the Nations Biotech hub!
