Thanks Wolf, you fast Mildly dilutive but I'm excited by this! Dilution spread out over the next few years. IMO, newer investor will not be affected by this dilution, just the old timers. Fresh Capital. Smells great. Potential $15 million in a few weeks. I bet the shorts will be calling RC tomorrow with their orders. Doah! At least they'll probably covert early. New management performing well. + Burn rate falling, - revenues flat (hopefully rising), + hopefully Solvay signs the dotted line, deadline in about 1 months time, then they become a pumpkin + balance sheet cleaned up + mortgage due taken care off and + current liabilites and obligations taken care of.
