Companies Do More With Less It doesn't surprise me that the writers see this as a negative. What it says to me is that companies are getting a much higher return on their capital investments, something I can attest to myself. This is a good thing. I've never been able to sell my own services with out being able to demonstrate that the customer would get a nice high return. In the late nineties you had a lot of companies putting money into huge IT investments with negative returns. I'm sure it was great for the guys selling that crap until the companies finally realized they weren't getting anything close to what they'd been sold.
