Overturning of Roe v. Wade would NOT make abortion illegal.....it would simply leave it up to the states to decide.

We of course will never agree on abortion, but why can't Democrats get their controversial agendas through congress? Many Americans are weary of judicial activism, but to be honest, I'm happy Massachusetts pushed the gay marriage issue during a presidential campaign. That ensured that the supreme court will be halfway decent for another generation.
