I bet you a sixpack of your favorite beer that if marijuana was legalized, you could smoke THAT in a California restaurant. ;^)

That is one bet I would take. CA is the State where people are trying to forbid smoking in parks and outdoor facilities.

Lately, I have been enjoying Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

OTOH, this could be an investment opportunity to develop cafes with an MJ menu. Sort've a cigar and cognac bar or House of Vegetarian. Think of the possibilities! <g>
