Scalia they say wants to retire although I can't imagine that. What would he do, go into private practice?

He taught at Northwestern before he was named to the DC Circuit.

I could see him going back to teaching. He'd like the intellectual challenge. He's also a very sociable guy, and would probably enjoy the collegiality of being on faculty somewhere.
