Oh, you're correct, a child born in the US is a full US citizen, that's in the Constitution.

But Kholt was talking about changing that.

did some basic research : regardless of parental status, a kid born in the US is a US citizen that can run for the office of President of the US. Naturalized citizens do not have that privilege/right.
