Doug, I have carefully read the conversion terms...AMD was able to pay off the debt for $130 million plus $26 million in premiums for 19.3 million shares at a current market value of $329 million...net gain of $173 Million...we do not know how the market will react to information presented on Friday...I'm going to be weighted on options on the negative side...I hope the stock goes to $30...I'm not holding my breath for this one...my belief is that Intel is desperate and they might do anything possible short of sliting their own throats...just be cautious...thats all...
