You are right about that. The centrist Palestinians have been kept on the margins by Arafat and his cronies. They hauled people into the streets and murdered them accusing their people of spying for Israel. They murdered any Palestinian who sold land to any Israeli. The message has been clear for many years. Only by extremism and hate will you be allowed to survive. We now have an entire generation of Palestinians who have been brought up with hate taught at every level. What is the chance that these people will cast aside what was ingrained into them? The hope for Palestine is that the only moderately hateful gain control. They may start the process of educating the next generation truthfully. I cannot see a resolution to the Palestinian problem in the next twenty years. I pray that I am wrong.
