We have the Blacks that went to college or learned a trade and are doing well. The we have the welfare Blacks who also tend to be the drug Blacks. White, Black, Asian and Hispanics all have this separation but it's the biggest with the Blacks. I have been told by a guy in the know that a drug pusher can sell $6,000 of drugs a night and between the vig he pays the supplier plus what he trades and uses will be broke the next morning.
