Thank you. We agree...sort of. When buying anything, unless there is a compelling reason to single source, the gov should bid out.

Can you expand on what you mean by the "non-compete aspect of the Medicare bill".

The new medicare drug bill forbids the fed gov from using its volume purchase power to get better pricing for the drugs dispensed to seniors qualifying for the benefit. It also forbids from importing drugs from Canada or other geographies where drugs are cheaper.
