You might also consider a cream. I got "Blue-Emu" Pain Relief Cream from Walmart to put on my right heel. Worked almost instantly and did not have to go through my liver. It contains Emu Oil, Aloe, MSM, Glucosamine, Menthol & Methyl Salicylate. You just smear some on the painful area and gently rub in til gone. There are several products out with Blue and Emu Oil and glucosamine etc. Check supermarkets and drugstores, ask the pharmacists if you can't find it. Good Luck.
