LOL. Most of power plants in China are powered by coals. Up to 2002, China made great efforts to cut down the use of coal for the sake of environment and replaced them with oil. But from last year, the price of oil increases so fast, so China goes back to coals for a lot of power plants and other uses.

And maybe another reason is that coal, after all, is cheaper to import than oil.
