Rose,

There is one corporation in America that I feel is on the right track. Costco has a higher than average pay scale for it store clerks and mid-level managers who are earning a living wage of around $35-45,000. The CEO of the company earns, really this time, about $300,000 per annum.

The ratio is 8:1.

This is the way corporate pyramids should look, instead of the ridiculous and brutal situation we see today, with vastly too many Americans barely getting by as their greedhead "leaders" fly around from tax haven to tax haven in private and luxurious jets. Or, in the Fuhrer's case, flying Air Farce One around at taxpayer expense on every frivolous excuse possible to add to the national debt and thereby destroy the economics of our social security system.
