Saying that Bush lied in his preemptive rush to war IS TRUE... EVERYTHING backs that up! There was NO credible evidence that Saddam had any serious WMD's, let alone that he was an IMMINENT threat. We had MORE control over Iraq before we invaded than we do now. $225,000,000,000 SPENT SO FAR to recruit MORE terrorists. Ain't THAT a real bargain....

I've read every page of the ISG report. Every single page. And I've commented on it frequently here on SI. The real conclusions from the report? - Saddam / Iraq ordered destroyed its nuke and chemical weapons in 1991. No evidence was uncovered that showed he was actively trying to reconstitute the program. - Saddam ordered destroyed, fully, by the mid 1990's any remaining bio war capability. Bottom line: Saddam was indeed afraid of inspections. Bush blew it.

I took the test on the web site someone provided and came out a Liberal/Libertarian. I am proud of that. To me it says that at least I am for some of the following: Less government interference in our lives. And stop telling a woman what he can do with her body. In other words an individual's right to choose... More power to State's rights..(now Ashcroft and his justice department are fighting AGAIN to overturn Oregon's right to die ruling wherein physic ans can assist a terminally ill patient to die without the suffering I saw my parents go through... ) More States should vote this in ... imho The government stay out of people's bedrooms... The government becoming more fiscally responsible and stop running up a huge deficits. The government become more interested in minority rights and equality for blacks,gays and those people who are disenfranchised by inequality in taxes breaks etc... And not propose amendments to the constitution that are an antithesis to a Democratic society...precluding civil liberties. The government stop favoring big business over smoke stack emissions..pollution of any kind and use its energy to provide a safer environment for all of its citizens in every way.. What does the conservative right wing believe... I know that lots of posters came out as conservative.. I wish it were financially..
