yea, you're right. They aren't shielded.

Further evidence is the average commission now being appr. 5%.

Prudential is an example of a company responding to Zip business model and took away a large lead generating source from Zip.

Their business model is developed around the efficiencies of the net and recognize the bottom line cost savings. In a way, would this not shield them from their competition and their traditional real estate company costs?
