Chirac was actually on the ground in Algeria. The film about Algeria (squashing the resistance and losing the hearts and minds) was watched by the Pentagon BEFORE Iraq. Perhaps he learned something, perhaps it was his revulsion of that POS Shrubbery. Rumor is that he had 15,000 troops ready for Iraq until he came up against the incompetence of Shrubbery et al. You'd think they'd learn something even if they're too lazy to read. Republican Hitlerites: right after the election they now lower the threat level. Total bs lies.
