Doug the golden parachute is fact...if AMD is taken over by some other entity Hector will be nicely compensated with 2-3 times his annual salary...I do not understand why he would have to do this if AMD is going to 40 anytime soon...maybe AMD will trade between $18-20 for the next six months...I have no idea!If AMD is so confident about their projections why all the preliminary announcements...many investors view this as contrarian...in all probability the stock will trade between $16-18 for awhile...I missed the original runup from $7-17 and have watched this stock pingpong between $11-17 all year...you might say I've become skeptical because of the overall tech outlook for the next six months...thats all...
