Those people do not really care about liability, seriously. It amounts to about half of one percent of their expenses. Don't forget, the third leading cause of death in the US is medical error. It would be 27th if malpractice suits were that big of a deal. Who, except for the most egregiously injured folks can even sue. You can't get a doctor to testify against one of his own, you can't.
