Sure... why not? But to be very clear on this, I'm not talking about a U.S. company... I think a U.S. company should have its account in the U.S., I'm only referring to a company that does exclusive offshore business, then the company isn't really a U.S. company and is therefore not subject to the U.S. tax laws, the I.R.S.'s jurisdiction ends at the beach... let's take Heinz for example... they have 46 offshore factories, employ only foreign people to work in them, they pay those employees the currency in that country to work for them... what business is it of the U.S. what kind of income is made by those factories? This is the fake issue which kerry was trying to sell to the voters...
