I haven't ever been to Hogates, but I think it's called H2O or something like that?

I first went to Hogate's when I was a teacher's aide the first year Headstart was implemented in our county and we went up to DC for training. They served the most incredible hot cross rum buns. I made Dan take me there a couple of times in later years, but the last time we went, they had redone the place, expanded it, and it had totally lost the feel of the original-- and the food wasn't nearly the way I remembered it. Except for the rumbums. So we bought a dozen and left. I hate when good things change.
