Cant deny the stats, that if you are a women with an ambition to become a top leader, US is not a place. 240 years of democracy and still stuck with white male christian leader, who represent about 1/3rd of population. Face it - its too hard on our ego to have a woman lead us. Wouldn't you agree, that it does put a hole in our belief that our women are truly free ? I am not sure those 2 countries allow non-citizens to be PMs, though. Bum.
