I was mainly repeating what I've heard, but don't know enough about how XP works. I know microsoft has added a lot to the operating system.

Get Norton's System Works 2005. They catch worms at entry point and emliminates spyware from any source. Use it with any windows operating system. You can pick and choose what you wish eliminated.
