I can only deduce that the "invasion" means supporting the new Iraqi government. If you recall, Turkey originally agreed to send troops to help the coalition IF the Iraqi's requested it. They, at the time, didnt want the Turks in. Perhaps the Turks feel the new government will invite them in. As a member of Nato, and a friend of USA I seriously doubt the Turks are planning an invasion in the normal sense of the word. jdn
