PMI Risk Index only covers lower priced homes.

Another factoid on PMI's risk index:

"The index is based on data from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
and covers only homes financed with loans securitized by these two companies. Consequently, this index does not apply to high-end properties requiring jumbo loans."
