Yes, but the Dem Hack pols FORCED them to hire unqualified subs. There is a shared responsibility here. They should put the whole GD thing into federal receivership.

Bechtel will prove fraud on behalf of the General and sub-contractors who circumvented their "..most forthright and thorough.." testing procedures... "..Oh, woe is us - we've been done dirty by these evil cheaters...... Yadda, yadda yadda. Remember the copied X-Rays on the Alaska pipeline and at nuclear plants..... Becthel wil get 'swatted', the GC and subs-will get hammered, and the Testing subs will be bankrupted and eventually evaoporate into e-space. Meanwhile the money will continue to flow to Kennedy and his Union and other cronies - like an "..oil for food fest.." at the U-frigging-N. Somebody needsto call Eliott Spitzer and teh new US Atty General. This is going to be fun to watch - and it will undoubtedly take down the Kennedy-Biden bullschidt consortium FINALLY...!!! John :-) .
