Patricia --what don't you get about Christianity? How dare you attack these poor Christians. If Jesus were alive right now in the US he would probably be shopping at Wal-Mart. Haven't you been shopping lately? If you were a real American not some "blame America" type you would already be buying your CHristmas stuff. Stuff for everyone you ever knew. You know children in third world countries have been slaving all year to produce the stuff to make you and your Christian friends happy (even if you don't really need it it makes you feel good, right?) You would be coveting new electronics and a bigger SUV--don't you need a plasma tv? True CHristians are mortgaging their houses again to pull out money to celebrate in the true Christian American Way--spending!
And if we have to kill 100,000 Iraqis who never did jack to us--so be it! It makes people "feel" more secure-and that's WHAT IT's All about! We have a way of life to protect.
So, please, shut-up, stop thinking watch FOX (Hannity, limbaugh in the car will help too) and SPEND--hyper-consumption is the American way. Oh and I forgot, it's really, really important that gays don't marry--that would be really evil.
Sorry Patricia-- Lyn Cheney is on msnbc now and watching her and her view of how "killing makes freedom" I'm having a hard time believing I'm not having a nightmare.
