I have never known anyone that was dying from AIDS. All I know about AIDS I learned from the news or from Hollywood. Don't AIDS patients show certain physical symptoms like bruising and emaciation? Arafat looked slightly emaciated, typical of people that suffer from cardiac disease. He was covered head to toe, so it's difficult to know if there was any bruising. Did he look like a man in the late stages of AIDS? At the stage that he would be dead four days after being admitted to the hospital?
