Its a ceasefire agreement. If the agreement is violated then there is no more requirement to cease fire. The UN approved of the serious consequences in resolution 1441. There is no inherent need for an additional resolution to actually impose the serious consequences. "

This is very hard for them to understand. They think the UN does have sovereignty and they will buy the french position over that of the US every time. Remember how the US commmunists and leftists did the same with Uncle Joe Stalin. Some of those folks are in denial today as relates UN and France. mike
