That's a fallacious argument, since Iraqi's were never known to be active in terrorism against the US.


Pull your head out of the sand, the Islamists don't count their ideas or their recruits by country, why should we? We're trying to offer an alternative to bin Ladenism.

True, the only terrorists in Iraq under Saddam were working for him, cf. Salman Pak and the helpful Iraqi intelligence tech transfers to Ansar al Islam and AQ. As the recent Harvard study concluded, a full bore police state is one way to keep down terrorism. A democracy is another.
