that was UPCA, UniPrime Capital Acceptance. Car financing turned AIDS cure labooooratory. Hard to see that one coming.

The stock was UPCA.

About 5 minutes into that interview AP asked for a patients name and the scientist says ya cant talk to them they are rats!

Actually there was only one rat: Ben. The other "patients" were supposedly people, but no one was ever able to locate them. UPCA's CEO, "Dr" Alfred Flores, who was discovered to have helped a friend murder the friend's parents, is still making his way through the courts:
