Cool. We need limits. How about $5 mil as the upper limit. That is more than enough for anyone to live comfortably (though the way housing and healthcare are going it may not always be -ng).

Shouldn't be great wealth until everyone has enough to eat, a place to live, and access to health care.

Don't worry about killing women and children. US has probably killed 50,000 women and children in Iraq this year and it's no big thang evidently.
