Moon man is right. It is too easy to assume one knows/understands the board game and all the complex fundamental issues. Well that might be correct but read the following: My biggest concern for the safety of many of your portfolios is that you are underestimating many things related to the strongest and most important country on the planet. ============================================ He acts and sounds as if he knows that being the "strongest and most important" is going to matter. I do not believe it necessarily does. I do not care how strong one is, if a recession is coming it will come. It can only be delayed at great expense, not prevented. Besides, no one here claimed to know all the variables. In fact this board is an attempt to sort some of them out. Mish
