"a trifle exasperating" is probably an understatement, Tom. It is hard for me to believe that this restatement has been efficiently and effectively managed. Hundreds of employees and hundreds of outsiders for such a long period of time and still no results? I would bet there were numerous false starts and bad strategies pursued to have gotten so little accomplished with so much time and resources. I don't even want to think about the cost. Owens' first job when he took over was to properly manage this restatement. His lack of results in this area would indicate to me that his leadership of NT is off to an extremely shaky start. The board may have chosen the wrong guy for the job.
