"Not in my book. We are talking about setting up DUMMY CORPORATIONS purely for the purpose of evading taxes, the real company is located here in the USA. If you are talking about the REAL corportion setting up in a tax free haven, my reply to that is THEY AINT GONNA FIND ANY LABOR worth a damn."

These so-called "dummy" corporations aren't evading
U.S. taxes on their U.S.-based operations.

They are merely avoiding U.S. tax on their
foreign-based operations.
